Located on Spider Lake, on the highly sought-after Manitowish Chain of Lakes, Vilas County, Wisconsin, this brand new condo has it all!  Featuring an ideal waterfront vacation home on the crystal clear waters of The Chain, and resting on 200 feet of beautiful sand frontage -- the setup is ideal for fishing, swimming, lazy day boat rides, relaxing, sunset cruising, or taking a boat ride to one of The Chain's excellent restaurants -- you name it!  A dock for your boat is available, as is a marina for boat rental (be it fishing, skiing, sport, pontoon, jet ski, etc.). The Chain Of Lakes offers a variety of recreational opportunity -- swimming, boating, skiing & tubing, fishing, wildlife viewing and more!  With 10 Lakes to explore, one is sure to find their desired level of crowd and activity -- be it active or serene. 
The home features three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, laundry facilities and a loft/third level which offers a spacious bunkroom (sleeping 6-8).  The main level features a designer kitchen, opening up to a great room with floor to ceiling windows.  For chilly spring and autumn nights, the great room features a fieldstone fireplace with built-in wood chest.  It opens up to a full-size deck, perfect for your entire group to relax, grill out, and enjoy the views.  The Master Bedroom, also located on the main level, has a gas stove, his and her closets and a large, elegant master bath.  The fully exposed lower level offers the benefit of private quarters while still remaining a part of the entire group; and includes two bedrooms, two full baths, wet bar, and a dining and family room with a gas burning fireplace.  French doors lead to a screened-in porch. An outdoor firepit offers a great gathering space for our cool summer evenings and provide wonderful views of the lake at dusk.  Our summer's night skies are a treasure and a pleasure; and are perfect to view as the fire begins to fade. This home is perfect for extended families, groups of families, and small corporate and business retreats.  Our guests leave the home rejuvenated and a bit sad to leave the northwoods and the home and outdoors that have so welcomed them... the experience the location and home provides is truly unique and one-of-a-kind.

Rate Information

Peak Season: $3995 per week June 27 thru September 5.

Off Season: $3495 per week May 1 thru June 27; September 5 thru October 3.

Tax: State and Town tax at additional charge.

 

Rental Policies

Deposit Policy: We require a $400 down payment within 14 days of booking. 50% of rental charges are requested 90 days in advance of reservation check-in. Checks, VS/MC are accepted.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be at least 60 days in advance to receive a full refund.

The Manitowish Waters' beautiful chain of lakes provides a unique connection of 10 pristine water bodies linked by navigable channels. With over 4,200 acres, the chain is perfect for leisure boating, watersports, and fishing. The Manitowish River offers breathtaking seclusion while canoeing, kayaking or tubing. Scenic forests and abundant wildlife await you for hiking, biking, birding, snowshoeing, classical cross country skiing. Miles of well-groomed snowmobile trails connect to hundreds more in all directions. We are within a 45-minute drive to the Upper Peninsula's waterfall treasures; to Lake Superior beaches and to Great Lakes' fishing excursions; to the Porcupine Mountain Wilderness Area; and to the Upper Peninsula's top snow skiing and snowboarding destinations in Indianhead, Big Powderhorn, and Blackjack Mountains.
